Local 1262 would like to remind our members that they should always call to confirm that a health care provider is in our network. Whether it is a doctor, testing or screening center, a hospital or even and Emergency Room – Know Before You Go! Call Horizon BC/BS Member Services at 1-800-355-2583 (24/7) or our Health & Welfare Office at 1-800-522-4161 (Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.)
